  Hello,
  Dud to theft of my visa card , the block my previous visa card , so now I have to pay a penalty off 20$ . I payed the amount but if I look on the internet for my site http://www.race-fanatixs.com I doesn’t existed anymore can you help me ? What went wrong

  Hi, the chargeback fee is paid but we still don’t have the original funds. Will you go ahead and buy a plan again so we can try to get the domain back?

  Hi @johanhuyghe, so I think we’ve got most of this sorted. We had to reach out to the registrar to restore the domain, since it was cancelled, but it should work now.
