    I think My domain name expired and I want to get it back ASAP. Can you please help me see if that’s possible?

    The blog I need help with is thejadeleaf.wordpress.com.

    Hi there,

    Your domain thejadeleaf.com has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges an $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

    The username field is disabled, but you should be able to type into the email field. Can you please take a screenshot of that page and upload it to your Media Library so I can have a look? Here’s how to take a screenshot:

    when I try to open my site the page never loads.

    To be more specific about when I’m try to type in the email field, the box around it turns red and I’m not able to actually type anything in the field. In addition, the “save account settings” box is not illuminated / active so I’m unable to select it

    Yes, that should set you up for auto-renewal. However, please post again on this thread once payment is made and we can double check to make sure.
