Domain Problems

    Hi, I’m looking for some advice on domains.

    Yesterday I purchased a domain and received the following message:

    “There was a problem making this purchase. Do not reload this page. The domain was registered but not connected to your site correctly.
    Support staff have been notified and will fix the problem shortly.”

    I have since emailed WordPress twice and not received any advice on what I should do. My billing history shows that a domain has been purchased, but it does not work.

    I’m new to all of this and these problems have only confirmed my uncertainty about the whole thing.

    When you email support – they work on oldest in first answered – so each time you send a new email your request gets reset to newest in the que

    I checked your account, and I see the domain added to your site. It is showing up as one day old; it can take up to 48 hours to be properly mapped. I see your site at your custom domain, however, so it looks like everything has had a chance to propagate!
