Domain Problems

  1. I'm trying to move my site to be hosted by bluehost. I needed to change the nameservers for the site, but already deleted the domain from my wordpress account. I contacted WildWest and they said to reach out to you guys to reinstate the url so i could change the nameservers.

    I'll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

  9. I need help with my domain:

    I am trying change my admin/technical contact information. I changed the info successfully (I get a prompt saying the info is changed) but then I go back a little while later and it's the same old info. I have tried three different times over the course of the day.

    Can someone look into this for me?

    I checked with our registry and your domain has been reactivated!

    You should now be able to transfer your domain.

    Let me know if you have any questions regarding the transfer.

  17. I changed the contact info AGAIN but if I go back into wordpress and view the contact information, it's been reverted back to my original info. Same problem.
