    I have tried everything and followed instructions to stop this auto renewal. Your site wont let me and I was charged today. I want auto renew stopped and my money back

    If you are within the refund period you can cancel your purchases at the Manage Purchases page –

    I have tried to cancel numerous times and your website doesn’t give me the option under purchases. Only option is to upgrade. Thats how I got into this mess in the first place. My payment came out today so I am in the time period. I cancelled my claim with paypal because you said I would be issued a refund if I did, in your previous emai;l Please issue this for me or I will open the claim up again immediately. Have wasted enough time on this matter today and my patience is pretty much exhausted.

    I’ll be happy to help with this. First, I want to confirm whether or not you have plans on using the domain,, again in the future?

    Once we cancel it there’s a chance that someone else will purchase the domain and you’ll lose ownership of it.
