Domain renewal

  1. When I upgraded my account it said I got a free domain, and I tried to use it on my existing domain that is coming up for renewal, but it wouldn't take it. I have emailed and emailed repeatedly to the email that says I can reply regarding my domain, but NO answers still to date.

    Can someone help? It does say to respond to the email, yet I have still not received a response. Thank you very much...

  2. We actually did reply to you on September 21, but haven't heard anything back from you yet.

    Regarding the bundle, it can only be used on new domain purchases. It cannot renew existing domains.
