    Are you speaking of

    That domain expired on 28 November 2018 and has already been removed from our system. It is currently in redemption with our registrar.

    It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption, on top of the regular renewal fee. Let me know if you agree to that fee and I can get the recovery process started.

    I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

    I will let you know once I hear back from the registrar.

    Hi @annewoods45, good news: everything is back and running again. It might take a few hours for your internet connection to recognize the changes, so just give it a little time. But in the meantime, I can already see the site working here.
