Domain Renewal

  1. So, I'm trying to get a hold of Support and I just can't. Can I get some help? My domain expired and I want to renew it ... all support articles suggest that I contact support and can't get any whatsoever.

  6. What do you see for the status and billing history? When do the Upgrades expire?

    Dashboard >> Store >> My Upgrades
    Dashboard >> Store >> Billing History

    Also note you need to be logged in as the account that owns an Upgrade is required to renew an upgrade.

  7. Thanks auxclass. No button was being shown but I was logged in with an account I set as administrator and honestly, it wasn't until 5 minutes that my site showed me a splash screen explaining that I would have to log in with the "original" account.

    Thanks for the assist. Paypal transaction successful (got a receipt and everything) but, domain still shown as expired. I guess I gotta give it some time to update everything.

    I've gone ahead and taken a look. Your domain is all set and will not expire until 2014-02-20.
