Domain renewal

    I am encountering problems renewing my domain. I bought the 15 credits and got this message:

    “You have 15 credits. Your balance will be 0 credits after purchasing this renewal.”

    When I click on the renew button, I get this error message after a couple of minutes:

    “There was a problem renewing … Your credits have not been spent. Please contact support. Tell them it gave you code 0.”

    Any suggestions?



    When support re-opens tomorrow, contact them from the support tab in your browser with the above information.
