Double suspended accounts

    Leaving my website alone for some time I returned trying to login, unable to do so. My first account has been suspended without any notice (as far as I know) and my second account appears to be gone completely. The second one is to manage my personal website which uses wordpress.

    I’d love some help with this. Do note that I had to create a new account simply in order to send this support request.

    I’m sorry but we Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff.

    You have a warning notice with a link in it — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed). There’s also a contact form you can use to reach them at the bottom of this page

    If you have already contacted Staff, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

    Mistakes can be made but as a policy, we are asked to refrain from discussing ToS issues on the public forums.

    Thanks for the info, I sent a message to staff in order to sort this out. I’ve searched my mails high and low without finding any warning notices, so it must’ve been lost or deleted by mistake.



    When we contact Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once on the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.



    …also, WP doesn’t send out warnings when they suspend blogs.
