Download Export File not working – 500 error message

    The “Download Export File” tool is not working on my blog. I get the following error message:

    HTTP 500

    Most likely causes:
    •The website is under maintenance.
    •The website has a programming error.

    I’ve been getting the same error message for a week now. And I’ve tried downloading using different browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and different computers.

    Help! Is there a problem on WordPress’ end? Is it being worked on?
