DropDown Menu behind Header Image in IE7
-
I’m using the Rusty Grunge theme.
Dropdown menus are appearing behind my Header image in IE7. This doesn’t occur with other browsers I have tried (IE8, Firefox, Chrome). Also, the menu behavior is fine on a page that doesn’t have the header image. And I get the same result whether using the default menu or the custom menu.
This is a known issue with IE7 and there are some potential workarounds that could be worked into the theme (z-index / javascript) if there is support for this type of request.
I want to keep the theme as well as my header, so if the theme can’t be fixed my options are:
– Tell my users to upgrade
– Adjust my menus so that they are never two deepDoes anyone have any other suggestions?
Thanks for any other ideas that I may have not considered.

I’ll tag this thread to have it moved to the themes forum and hopefully one of the theme team will respond and look into this issue. If they don’t within a day, contact staff directly at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ .
