I see – well – in the editor (if this is in a post) you highlight the words you want hyperlinked, then press the link-button, and insert url (web address) in the pop-up box. If you mean links in blogroll (in a sidebar) you must add a blogroll widget, then go to links on your dashboard and add urls. Makes sense?
