E-mail disconnection

When I first signed in for WordPress, I registered under an e-mail ((email redacted)) and now, I decided to disconnect it from this account COMPLETELY; yet, after I confirmed the e-mail change through the default message I received, and tried to re-login with the original e-mail to make sure it was not possible to do so, it actually still was.

I do not want this to happen. I want the e-mail ‘(email redacted)’ to be completely disconnected from WordPress. Please make this possible.

    The best regards

I’m sorry, I did not understand I wasn’t directly contacting WordPress until now; in any case, please help me if you can.

    Hi there,

You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.

Blog notifications for the admin functions (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

Personal notifications (like comments on your posts, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.
