"Edit CSS" Shows "Additional CSS" Only? NO CSS Stylesheet for child theme.

I am no longer able to see my child theme’s (Pretty Creative) CSS Stylesheet anywhere through WP dashboard. Under Appearance I have “Edit CSS” as opposed to “Edit” which only restricts me to “Customising Additional CSS” Appearance > Customise also takes me to the same, “Customising ADDITIONAL CSS” I can not access my child theme’s CSS stylesheet from my dashboard.
I contacted the child theme company and they took screenshots showing that under Appearance on their WP dasboard it says “EDIT” as opposed to my “Edit CSS” and their stylesheet is fully visibile unlike mine. They told me to contact my hosting company, ipage and see if they’d disabled CSS from my dashboard but they’ve assured me several times that they have not disabled anything after initially saying that it was my child theme preventing me from seeing the CSS Stylesheet but I know that’s not true because of the screenshots which I showed them. So it seems no one can help me and I’m new to all of this. Have been stuck for quite a while.
I disabled Jetpack and noticed that under Appearance there was no longer any Edit menu at all it disappeared. I tried disabling a few plug ins but apart from Jetpack nothing makes a difference. The only thing I didn’t deactivate was Woocommerce. No one can tell me why my child theme stylesheet is not visible in my dashboard under Appearance. -

There are two different versions of WordPress.
These forums only provide support for the WordPress.com version; your site appears to use the self-hosted version from WordPress.org.
