I’m trying to create a website with you templates. How can I add multiple blocks to organize images and or text? It seems impossible to get support from WordPress. This doesn’t seem like the right thing for me.

All themes are found here > Appearance > Themes
We cannot edit templates or themes on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.
These are the accepted file types:

I paid for a themed site. Is there really no one live that I can talk to with a few specific questions to get me started? I dont see anyway to contact this company directly. Not even e-mail. What am I missing? This isn’t what I expected. How do I cancel?
I paid for a themed site.
All blog here are free and all hosting is free of charge. We can purchase upgrades for specific functions and products if we wish to.
Do you mean that you purchased a premium theme?
If so then read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. The premium theme forums are at http://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/ with separate sections for each theme.
If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.
This is a peer support forum where Volunteers answer the majority of questions. When Staff assistance is required we flag threads for Staff attention and they deal with all technical issues as they alone have backend access to blogs.
Thanks for all your help so far. How can I get this flagged for staff? I need to cancel.
This isn’t what I expected. How do I cancel?
I’m not sure what you expected but there are millions of bloggers on WordPress.com. Staff don’t orientate new bloggers individually. That’s what the video on the dashboard, the tutorial and support documentation provide. If you clearly state what it is that you need help with then you will get it. However, if you wish to get a refund for upgrades see here please > http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds
I’m not a blogger. I want a refund and the only way to alert WordPress about this is to “ask the community for support” here.
You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard and I posted the link to the instructions for getting a refund http://en.support.wordpress.com/upgrades/#refunds Please click it a follow the instructions.
Can you please ask a staff person to assist me. Or direct me on how to get to live chat. There was a little live chat on the bottom right of my screen but I can no longer find it.
The problem is this: I signed up for a blog and purchased an upgrade before I really understood how blogs worked. The next day, I wanted to change the name and domain name. I contacted support and I was told the original blog was being deleted and that I could create a new blog. I created the new blog and purchased the the new domain name.
Somehow, I created three identical blogs with the following addresses thehomesickchef.com, Thehomesickchefdotcom1.wordpress.com and Thehomesickchefdotcom2.wordpress.com. I was able to delete Thehomesickchefdotcom2.wordpress.com. However, I have been unable to delete Thehomesickchefdotcom1.wordpress.com because the upgrade package was applied to it. I would like the upgrade package applied to Thehomesickchef.com.
I have requested this several times via support and someone even said it was “done”, but it seems it has not been done. I cannot do any custom designing on Thehomesickchef.com and I am being prompted to upgrade for $30. So, can my upgrade me moved to the blog I want to use or not? If so, can you please ask a staff person to do it. If not, it would be helpful to know if it can be done or not so I can figure out plan B. Thank you
This thread has been flagged for Staff attention.
