Email address change still pending

  1. I recently tried to change the email address for my account. I received the confirmation email and clicked the confirmation link. My account information shows that the email address change is pending but nothing further has happened. I have attempted this process several times with the same result each time. I have read a number of forum threads about this type of problem but have found no solution which works so far. I only have one account and one blog in this account.

    I've checked your account and can see that you were able to change your email address successfully. Are you all set with it?

  6. No. The email address has not been changed. It still says that the change is pending in my account and I cannot log in with the new email address. How can this be resolved?

  7. Sorry for missing that. I've gone ahead and changed your email address. Can you check if things are looking good? Thank you!

  8. The new email address now appears as the current address in my account and I am able to log in with it. Therefore, I consider this matter to be resolved.
