Email any member of WordPress support staff privately?

  1. I need to urgently contact any member of WordPress support staff by email privately but I am not sure how I can do this? Thanks.

  6. Almost five hours down the line from WordPress saying they will reply as soon as they can, and there is still no response. It's disappointing. All I have asked for is an email address where I can send them an attachment for them to see what the heck is going on in a serious issue. As they say themselves, what people care about is that you care about them....

  7. We have received your email, but first we need to get through the other users who have emailed for support before you. That won't change if you email us privately, as we'll still forward the request to our support system.

  14. I understand that it is frustrating, and I apologize for the wait. We have a higher than usual volume of support requests at the moment and are answering them in the order they were received, out of fairness to all our users. We truly appreciate your patience.
