email change pending

  1. my email change has been pending for over a year and still hasn't been changed. what's going on?

  3. Hi there, I'm sorry about this! Can you please try cancelling the pending email change and resubmitting it?

    You can cancel the request by clicking the Cancel link next to the pending request in your settings here:

    Then, enter your new email address on that page again. You will receive a confirmation email at the new address — you'll need to click the link in that email to confirm the change.
