Email Confirmation? Not verifying new Email Address?

    Im having trouble switching the email address under my account to a new address. I’m receiving the verification email, however upon clicking it – I am redirected to my admin page, and when I enter the new email address, it reads: “Your email could not be verified. Please check your email for a confirmation”

    Any ideas on this? I’m starting a new business and need to have my contact form up and running?

    Settings > General and
    Users -> Personal Settings in your dashboard
