I had been accessing my email from webmail.prairie-roots.coop, but I just assigned my domain to my wordpress site and changed the nameservers, so now I cannot access my email log on page.
Any ideas how to fix it? Here is what NCBA support told me:
Unless you copied over the information about where the mail servers are onto the wordpress.com nameservers, they wouldn’t know about the location of the email. You would need to login to your domains account and then look under Email section. If you look under the Manage Email link and then under the Mail tab on that Dashboard, you will see Mail Settings/DNS Configuration. If you open the DNS configuration information, these are the things you need to enter.
Problem is, I can’t find a “manage email” tab on my NCBA dashboard. Ugh! Help please.
