I have set up email forwarding for a new email, (email redacted), for my domain plaza16.org. I received the email confirmation at my existing email address, confirmed the forwarding, and then received the following confirmation at “My Domains” (in the admin): “Your email forward has been setup.”
But emails to (email redacted) are not being forwarded to my existing address. I have reconfirmed several times. I have even deleted that email at “My Domains” and restarted the whole process but still am unable to get emails to forward to my existing address.
Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
