Email Notifications for Feedback forms

    I need to change the address where I get notifications that my contact form has been filled out. I would like to use (email redacted) – as the email that the notifications get sent to. It currently has administrator access but does not receive notifications. Instead notifications go to (email redacted). I have tried updating the accounts primary email address but it is saying that (email redacted) is already in use. – I am unable to shut that old account down. Please can you advise me on how to receive email notifications of FEEDBACK FORMS at this new address. Thanks

    You have two separate email address settings at

    Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.

    Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

    Try changing it at!/settings/ first.

    If that doesn’t work, try Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard.
