Email spam from plugin (?)

I am getting email spam. Various addresses (some from .ru and .fr) The emails subject is [Feedback from: Andy Templeton Photography] The only copy in the message is a repeat of the name and email address link below that. I installed a captcha on the contact page and even changed the status of that page to draft. Still coming. They are not coming through my email system hosted by my website host. I checked the log. My website hoist sent me this.

The IP address from which these message originate is different for each message.
I was unable to spot the exact plugin responsible for these feedback mails, so please revise your WordPress installation from your end and make sure to disable or re-configure the plugin responsible for these messages.

I really have no idea what this entails. Should I hire someone or is this something simple (like me)? Looking for help. Thank you!
