Email Subscriber Not Receiving Notification of New Posts
I seem to have the same problem addressed in this thread, although I do not see the solution (if any). The blog is http://readingacts.com/ and this applies to any of the posts I have made in the last few months.
I have one subscriber to the blog via email who has told me he no longer gets updates via email. He subscribed more than three years ago, and says he stopped getting notifications about the first of the year. That is coincidentally about the time I upgraded to premium.
He tells me he has the same email address and has checked his spam filter and there is nothing there from my blog or wordpress. He tried resubscribing and this did not resolve the problem. I tried subscribing his email for him via an incognito window in Chrome and got the “check your email for verification” page, but he never received the verification email (and again, he double checked spam).
This is an ongoing problem for several months, he has only just recently asked me for help. His email is (email redacted), you can delete the email once you read this message. I have tried everything that seems obvious, perhaps you can suggest something else.

I to just discovered the same problem. I have several e-mail subscribers. One just informed me that she has never received a notification since subscribing a few months ago. I have others. I’m not using a 3rd party website. My blog is globalgrowthfactors.wordpress.com.
This has been an ongoing problem for me. Sometimes it says that subscribers were notified and they were not. Other times, like yesterday and today, it just refuses to send notifications at all. I read once that there is a limit to how many subscribers WordPress will send to. Is this correct. I have fewer than 900, so that seems like a big problem. Help! Cleaning out my spam subscribers has helped in the past, but I don’t have hours to spend on that.
I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Will you please provide a couple of usernames for those WordPress.com bloggers who did not receive the emails as well as a couple of email addresses for those who do not have WordPress.com accounts? The software will redact ie. HIDE the email addresses so only Staff can see them. After you do that subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

The user is an email only subscriber, [hide=USER EMAIL](email redacted)[/hide] . I am not aware if he is a WordPress user as well.
Well heck. Not sure how to HIDE an email then.
If you use the correct conventional form of an email address the software will redact it.

The email subscriber you mentioned is currently blocking all emails from WordPress.com, which is why he isn’t getting updates from your blog. He can change that setting and manage his subscriptions here:
