email subscriber says she can't unsubscribe

  1. We have an email subscriber who wants to unsubscribe from our blog, claims she tried "unsubscribe" in the email notification she received but it didn't work. Is there a time lag between clicking "unsubscribe" and the actual removal of her email address? Can I remove her email address? Can WordPress remove her email address? I know others have had the same problem. Anyone have any suggestions?

  2. The unsubscribe link should work, but maybe she has multiple subscriptions, or subscribed elsewhere.

    Can you ask her to contact us via [email redacted] ?
