Please respond! I don’t have much of a blog without subscribers, but I’m not getting any subscriber notifications and they are not showing on my list even after people have told me they subscribed. I think there is an error somewhere in Icegram, but I am very lost as to how to fix it.

The blog I need help with is hookedbykati.com.

hookedbykati.com is a wordpress.ORG software install on piad hosting, hosted by CyrusOne
    Name Servers:
    ns1.bluehost.com
    ns2.bluehost.com

Unfortunately, you are posting to the wrong support forum. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites on our servers.

Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of WordPress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at WordPress.COM.
    (3) Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.com account page.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and you can read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

For hosting issues contact your web host. For software issues post to the WordPress.ORG support forums.

The wordpress.ORG support forum is at http://wordpress.org/support.
The wordpress.ORG login link is here https://login.wordpress.org/
If you do not have an account yet then click Create an account https://login.wordpress.org/register/ and if you have lost an account password click Lost password? https://login.wordpress.org/lostpassword/
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
See also https://apps.wordpress.org/support/ for app support.

    Hi there,

The only subscription option I see on your site is your newsletter signup form, and that’s not connected to WordPress.com/Jetpack in any way, so we are not able to show you any subscribers that signed up to that.

If you want a way for people to sign up for automatic email notifications to your site you can add the Follow Blog widget included in Jetpack:

    https://jetpack.com/support/subscriptions/

You can also add a WordPress.com follow button to your site using an HTML widget that will allow people to easily follow your site in the WordPress.com Reader:

    https://en.support.wordpress.com/follow-button/
