Embedding issuu book. According to the issuu site, this should be easy peasy! However, no amount of copying the embed code will give the attractive booklet presentation they promise.. Can you help me to get this into my blog even without the .org thing? (I’m not a pro blogger btw, not handy with the skills of blogging)

    many thanks.

The blog I need help with is giabelloni.wordpress.com.

Sounds clever…. If I were a complete moron in the lingo of coding, what would this turn into in order to get it to work?

    <div><object style=”width:420px;height:148px” ><param name=”movie” value=”http://static.issuu.com/webembed/viewers/style1/v1/IssuuViewer.swf?mode=embed&layout=http%3A%2F%2Fskin.issuu.com%2Fv%2Fdark%2Flayout.xml&showFlipBtn=true&autoFlip=true&autoFlipTime=6000&documentId=130206201438-c382137e39ce401494074ea0dbfe6dc4&docName=lookbook_2013&username=giab&loadingInfoText=GIA%20BELLONI%20LOOKBOOK%202013&et=1360186906177&er=56″ /><param name=”allowfullscreen” value=”true”/><param name=”menu” value=”false”/><param name=”allowscriptaccess” value=”always”/><embed src=”http://static.issuu.com/webembed/viewers/style1/v1/IssuuViewer.swf” type=”application/x-shockwave-flash” allowfullscreen=”true” allowscriptaccess=”always” menu=”false” style=”width:420px;height:148px” flashvars=”mode=embed&layout=http%3A%2F%2Fskin.issuu.com%2Fv%2Fdark%2Flayout.xml&showFlipBtn=true&autoFlip=true&autoFlipTime=6000&documentId=130206201438-c382137e39ce401494074ea0dbfe6dc4&docName=lookbook_2013&username=giab&loadingInfoText=GIA%20BELLONI%20LOOKBOOK%202013&et=1360186906177&er=56″ /></object><div style=”width:420px;text-align:left;”>Open publication – Free publishingMore gia belloni</div></div>

I tried a few things based on your 2 articles, but this is seriously double dutch alien to me and I just want to post my catalogue for business reasons! :)
Thanks for responding before with the articles.

You just copy this part only:
    <embed src="ETC ETC ETC" /></object>
    turn it to this:
    [gigya src="ETC ETC ETC" ]
and change the way the dimensions are written. Result:
    [gigya src="http://static.issuu.com/webembed/viewers/style1/v1/IssuuViewer.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowfullscreen="true" allowscriptaccess="always" menu="false" width="420" height="148" flashvars="mode=embed&layout=http%3A%2F%2Fskin.issuu.com%2Fv%2Fdark%2Flayout.xml&showFlipBtn=true&autoFlip=true&autoFlipTime=6000&documentId=130206201438-c382137e39ce401494074ea0dbfe6dc4&docName=lookbook_2013&username=giab&loadingInfoText=GIA%20BELLONI%20LOOKBOOK%202013&et=1360186906177&er=56" ]

Thank you so much…. It’s working just like it should do.

    Very appreciated.

Hey, i am tryin to do the same but somehow my blogpost does not seem to recognize the gigya code… it doesnt read it as code at all and shows it as mistake. can you tell me what to do? this is how it looks like on screen: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/43652459/issuu%20gigya.png i have absolutely no idea about coding, so I am sorry for such ignorant questions

That answer above by justpi worked for me. Make sure you are getting the html code from issuu – not the other codes they offer.
Then set it up like the ‘result’ above..
I also know nothing about coding!! But whatever was done above works.. Look at your html code and copy how he has said to set it out and change the dimensions to what he has said above.
