Embedded audio player not working for new posts

Hello,
Despite using the same command, the embedded audio player doesn’t work anymore in my latest post:

I tried copy pasting the line from another post but the issued remained even without changing at all the command from the previous post to check if the issue was with the file URL.
In the process I hit ‘update’ on one of my post which used to work and it is now suffering the same issue while absolutely nothing was changed in its content.
