Embedding from infogr.am into my blog
I would like to embed content from a website that I like to use to produce and publish infographics. When I try embedding the graphs I produced at their site, it was not visible in my blog. I read that you only support a limited number of sites due to security reasons. I feel this is a reliable site and would like to use it to publish infographics in my blog in the future. Can you work to support embeds from infogr.am?
Although, I’ve just registered your suggestion and will keep it in mind for future features and updates. Also, don’t forget the ideas forum, where you can discuss your suggestion with the WordPress.com community: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/ideas
Sorry for the delay, here was the embed code:
<iframe src=”//infogr.am/Sri-Lankan-Tourism-Sector” width=”501″ height=”1162″ scrolling=”no” frameborder=”0″ style=”border:none;”></iframe><div style=”width:501px;border-top:1px solid #acacac;padding-top:3px;font-family:Arial;font-size:10px;text-align:center;”>Sri Lankan Tourism Sector | Infographics</div>
I see. That currently won’t work because it’s an iframe embed code. As mentioned before, we’ve registered the suggestion to our developers. Note that there are no restrictions if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities. We have hosting recommendations at the following link if you are interested.
