I can’t find my EPP code in my dashboard, I’ve followed the instructions, I even had graphic designers try to find it but the instructions are broken. Is their anyway you can send me my EPP code so that I can finish transferring my site to another host. I’ve sent out an email about this maybe 5 or 6 days ago but didn’t receive an answer, so I hope this email works.
Re: emailing Support Staff
It’s important to understand Staff have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets emailed to them and forum threads with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once on the same issue or bump threads or create duplicate threads the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
