EPP Code and Domain Manager
I bought my domain and mapping for Advantagerestaurantequipment.com. I then move to a new host now I want to change the registrar but I cant find the domain manager when I log in to my WordPress. When I get to step 2 where I and suppose to click on Domain Administration it doesn’t exist. Ive emailed support about a dozen times in the last month with no response. I am needing to resolve this today.
The blog I need help with is adavantagerestaurantequipment.wordpress.com.
I have flagged this thread for Staff attention. When you create a support ticket it goes into the queue and Staff deal with it “first in first dealt with” by date. If you keep sending emails you simply move your support ticket to a more recent date.

The nameservers control where traffic for the domain goes using DNS. If you are moving from WordPress.com to a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, you can enter the nameservers provided by your web hosting company to switch your domain to their hosting service. domain management – update name servers
When I get to step 2 where I and suppose to click on Domain Administration it doesn’t exist.
This is critical.
1. Are you the Admin of the blog?
2. Are you logged in under the WordPress.com username account who purchased the domain mapping upgrade or not?
If your answers are “yes” then have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies. If that does not work, then we need to know exactly which browser and version of it you are using.
I already have the name severs changed. I am main concerned with changing the Registrar from Automattic to another company. Since I changed the name server links in October I can no longer see the domain admin for the domain name I purchased through WordPress in 2010.

Then I go to the Transfer to Another Registrar instructions. Where It tells me to follow the login instructions. Which I cant find.
I probably made that more confusing…
