I renewed my domain today and when I tried to pay, it said that I had an error 1001. When I checked my bank account, it had charged me twice when I only clicked the pay button once and that error 1001 thing popped up. I need to know how to get my money back! This is not cool and I am very upset because it was a WordPress error and not my fault! Someone please help.
P.S. Posting multiple threads and/or bumping existing threads does not result in getting assistance any more quickly than posting a single thread does. In fact hyperactivity in that regard can work against you.
Yeah well excuse me if i’m upset that this website stole MY money. When your money is involved I’m sure you would go above and beyond to have your issue resolved. Like I said on the other post: Thank you and have a nice day! I’m not angry with you because you are always helpful. I’m angry that I’m paying for a WordPress mistake.
