That is NOT a free hosted WordPress.com blog and they are the only blogs we provide support for here. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Have you looked for an answer to your question here? http://jetpack.me/support/

Also note that the Jetpack forum is at WordPress.org http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.org, click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post there.

If you can’t find help at either one then you can file a jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
