error 500

  1. necesito ayuda no me deja acceder a mi web...estaba instalando plugins. me da error 500

  2. It looks like that domain is actually pointing to a site hosted by strato.de and so is not a wordpress.com site. Perhaps you are using the WordPress.org software there, which is separate from WordPress.com

    I recommend contacting the support team at Strato for help with that.

    You may also be able to get help from the WordPress.org support site.

    I can help in English. The issue looks like it could be from your Jetpack connection. You can run a debug via jetpack.com/debug/ and you'll see the following details:

    XML-RPC is not responding correctly ( 500 ) It looks like XML-RPC is not responding correctly. Please make sure XML-RPC is turned on for your site and is set up to respond to all content types. You can test this yourself by running the following command from the command line:

    curl -A 'Jetpack by WordPress.com' -d '<methodCall><methodName>demo.sayHello</methodName></methodCall>' http://sanaycrece.com/xmlrpc.php
    The answer should be:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <methodResponse>
      <params>
        <param>
          <value>
          <string>Hello!</string>
          </value>
        </param>
      </params>
    </methodResponse>
