error code 500 - site crashed - no access to dashboard - help!!

  1. error code 500 - cannot access dashboard - site totally crashed - no ftp functionality to resolve issue - this happened after adding an updated plugin and if I could deactivate the plugins I think I could fix this but have no idea how to do this when I can not access dashboard nor does have ftp functionality. Does have a resource somewhere that would enable me or someone on their staff to disable my plugins for me so I could get my site back up and running!!

    Please help!!!!

  2. What is the URL starting with http:// of the blog in question?
We cannot even begin to help without it.

  3. this happened after adding an updated plugin

If you don't have a username account at WordPress.ORG click and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

  4. blog url is

It is a product not .org. I do not want/need support for third party plugin just some way to resurrect my site from the dead! I have no ftp avenue because this is the .com and not the .org option that does have ftp support. Please help me understand why this is the wrong forum and the only recourse that .org forums have is through ftp which I do not have!

  5. You have a WordPress.ORG install and your host is Just Host - you need to get help from WordPress.ORG or your host.

Your site is not hosted on WordPress.COM

The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.
