Error Message – Refund

    Hey there,

    I received a confirmation email to cancel and refund my bundle purchase. When I clicked on the link, I received this message:

    “An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support.”

    I checked my upgrades and saw that the bundle had been taken off my site, but I just want to make sure my refund goes through before the 48 hour period ends. Is there anyone I should contact?

    Your upgrade was refunded successfully, sorry for the confusion!

    The refund left our account today, and depending on your credit card provider, can take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
