    When I try to connect my web with WordPress.com I get the following message:

    site_inaccessible

    Error details: The Jetpack server was unable to communicate with your site [IXR -32300].

    Hi,
    – Do you have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed? If so, could you deactivate it and try again?

    – Do you have shell access to your server and are you comfortable using it? If so, could you send us the result of the following command? (It should be an error message, the question is which one).

    Hi vanillalounge:

    • I don’t have the W3 Total Cache plugin installed.
    • In this web also don’t have shell access. However, my personal website: pedrocarrillo.com is working on the same machine with JetPack running perfectly.

    Do you have the same server configuration (including certificates) and plugins on both? Is it possible to deactivate all plugins and reactivate just Jetpack? Or even to completely remove Jetpack and reinstall it from scratch?
