Expired Domain and No answer from Automattic

    I really need some help or advice. My domain expired last week and I want to renew it and try to salvage the site. Unfortunately when I log into Automattic there is no option to renew and no way to ask for help. I’ve sent multiple emails through the appropriate form, I’ve contacted my hosting company and wildwestdoamins and have hit dead ends.

    If anyone can help me figure out how to save my site, I would really, really appreciate it.

    Have you double checked your spam filter or folder? Many times email from WordPress.COM get classed as spam.

    I checked, and nope, nothing. It’s just that this issue is so time sensitive I need customer service asap.

    You will have to contact Staff. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox, under the search results, at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.
