Expired Domain Help

I’m looking to access a domain that was last renewed in July of 2010. The previous person in charge of the domain neither cancelled nor renewed the domain. However, it is still active and being hosted (albeit to a broken 2010 version of the site) with an expiration date of 07/22/2013. He has not been charged since that renewal in 2010 and has since cancelled the credit card it was charged to. I am unable to access the site via WordPress Admin as it does not show up and I would like to transfer it to another hosting company. I’ve tried accessing it via the hosting company but because it was registered through WordPress, I have no account to log into there.
Please help as this domain is stuck in limbo!

However – we do need the domain name you need to renew to give you any help – also all upgrades are owned by the original account that purchased the upgrade

theprocessreport.com is not currently registered with WordPress.COM but with Dream Host – you need to work with Dream Host
