Export tool failing

  1. Hi, I am the owner of the blog. We plan to self host the blog, so I've been trying to export all the data using your export tool, but I keep receiving the 'Whoops message.

    What is going on here, is it a fault? How do I contact the support team, I can't find a link. We have a lot of data, but I have previously been able to take similar backups.

  3. You have too many comments to survive a full export. Have you tried breaking it up into date-specific chunks?

  4. Hi Mac, yes I've done more searching and see that breaking up the export should work. So thanks, will do. What about the media files, I assume they can go in one chunk?

  5. Yes, when importing, you'll have the option to download all attached media files.
