Exporting error message

  1. Help. I have been previously able to export my blogs, but the main one I use does not allow me to export or it times out. I have tried several times over the last two weeks to export the blog files with no success. Please advise. Thanks. The screen I've been getting says

    Something has gone wrong with our servers. It’s probably Matt’s fault.
    We’ve just been notified of the problem.
    Hopefully this should be fixed ASAP, so kindly reload in a minute and things should be back to normal."

  2. Are you choosing to try to export large files during prime time on the internet in North America on week days? If so then I would try another time frame. That said, I'll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  3. Yes, I've been trying for two weeks now between 3 pm-9 pm. I have also tried at 1-2 am. Still keep getting error message. I want to move it to my registered domain. Having difficulties ;(
