    Does anyone know who I can keep the sidebar on homepage but remove it from the other pages and the full posts.
    So when you push continue reading on a post on the homepage and you are on the page where you read the whole post. Can you delete the sidebar there?

    The blog I need help with is ergenstussenin.wordpress.com.

    I need help with this too! :)

    hi Smith8ar

    someone helped me on another forum!
    The sollution:
    ” Ergenstussenin, I’m not entirely sure, but try changing the Visibility settings for each of your widgets and have them display on your home page only. This is supported for both WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites via Jetpack: http://jetpack.me/support/widget-visibility/

    But now all the sidebars are gone. I want to align my posts to the center. Because now everything is pakked on the left side of the screen: http://ergenstussenin.wordpress.com/2013/10/01/337-een-beetje-leff/

    Help enyone?

    @ergenstussenin: Manipulating the visibility settings doesn’t remove the sidebar, it removes the widgets only (except on the few themes that don’t display a sidebar when you haven’t added any widgets yourself). Your sidebar on the single post view is empty but it’s still there.
    To remove the sidebar on all pages except the homepage, and center the content, try adding this:

    #primary {
        float: none;
        margin: auto;
    #secondary {
        display: none;
    .home #primary {
        float: left;
        margin-right: 10px;
    .home #secondary {
        display: block;

    Justipi, youre the hero of the day: http://ergenstussenin.wordpress.com/2013/10/01/337-een-beetje-leff/

    Thank you very much!
