    Hello,

I would like to know if somebody could help me out, i’ve been hunting the net all day and haven’t found a solution. I want to install in my blog Facebook open graph protocol, but instead of using there comment system i want to put Disqus. Is there any way to do this.

Im in wordpress.com, is there no way to do it here, could I do it in .org ?

    Thanks,

The blog I need help with is gabrielmiron.wordpress.com.

No you cannot so this on a free blog from and being free hosted by wordpress.com. Yes you can on a wordpress.org install for self hosting.

I am aware that many people have removed the Disqus commenting sytems from their blogs. Have you read this?

Let’s start form registering account at Disqus. Instead of providing you advantages Disqus makes your online comment experience worse. Now instead of linking your comments to your blog url or Twitter or Facebook it’s linked to your Disqus profile. And there’s no way to change that. http://garmahis.com/reviews/why-disqus-sucks/

Really. The Gravatar system is more pervasive than Disqus.

If you specifically want to use the Open Graph Protocol, you’ll have to move to a self-hosted WordPress.org install. We can’t use it here on WordPress.com

However, there are social features being introduced here all the time. Presently we have Likes, Reblogging, social buttons, ratings, tags, categories, etc. http://en.support.wordpress.com/topic/social-tools/

If you have something specific that you would like to see, drop a note in the Ideas forum.
