I would LOVE the ability to include a featured posts rotator at the top (before the individual posts)! I’m sure you know what I am talking about, but if not, please visit http://wordpressthemesbase.com/view/759.html. The box above the posts is for featured articles.
The blog I need help with is stevecullum.com.
I’m sorry but as there is no FTP access to free blogs from and being free hosted by WordPress.com we cannot upload individual plugins into them.

Someone else posted exactly the same question yesterday, and I answered it then, too. Try a Search first, because most questions have been asked and answered more than once already.
