I know that this question has probably been asked a zillion times before, but I will ask it anyway; is it possible to create a page with a form to email feedback to me, and if so how would I go about it?

I thought that only worked for self hosted blogs?

It does. arkane8 got a bit out of hand. :)

Around here, the contact form is theme dependant. If you’ll look at your Dashboard -> Write -> Write Pages and look along he right hand side, you might see something labeled “Page Templates.” These are precreated pages that will do stuff like this. If you have one labeled “Contact form” then you’re in luck. Click on it and then save the Page. If you don’t, there’s not a whole lot that can be done.

I just created a page and stuck in my email address myself. A bit broken up though so not to attrack spammers.

Why does it reject the HTML for the radio buttons, drop down menus and everything else? This is annoying in the extreme.

Forms are stipped due to securty concerns. Been discussed many times already.

Unless of course you want your blog and everybody else’s blog to be hacked.
