Feedback on the latest WordPress changes to dashboard appearance

I love wordpress, but I hate this latest change to a smaller font on my dashboard. Why is that with iPhones and iPads and laptops (in other words, smaller and smaller viewing screens) so many sites are going with smaller and smaller fonts? With so many older folks embracing the internet, we’re finding it harder to read our screens than ever before. Please join me in insisting on a return to a reader-friendly dashboard!

The blog I need help with is theuglybugball.wordpress.com.

they say that smaller font appears more intelligent.

*sigh* the site stats are tiny! I’m 22 and I think think it’s too small. Or maybe it’s because our eyes haven’t adjusted yet.

A tip for larger sized fonts though:

    Ctrl and + or –

Yes! It’s the site stats that I check obsessively, so that really affects me. And my eyes will never adjust, because they get older every day. Thanks for the tip, too! I will try it out.

Did you know that we can quickly increase or decrease font size on any site? I’m visually challenged and do this all the time. Please see here. > http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2010/01/19/how-to-change-font-text-size-in-your-browser/

Hey, timethief, thanks for the link. I will be using the control+ often. I just wish I didn’t have to use this feature here on wordpress, which is otherwise so user-friendly.
