I’m sorry but there’s no way to insert anything into a wordpress.com blog. There are many free feedreaders available online for your readers to use.
You can set up blog subscriptions if you wish.
The RSS Links Widget allows you to add links to your blog’s post and comment RSS feeds in your sidebar. This makes it easy for your readers to stay updated when you post new content or receive new comments.
Your blog’s feed URL for posts (entries) is http://feelforeveryoung.wordpress.com/feed/ and your comments URL feed is http://feelforeveryoung.wordpress.com/comments/feed/
Also note this please. In a nutshell free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.COM cannot be used to drive traffic to third-party sites by means of advertising and/or affiliate program links. E-commerce cannot be conducted on wordpress.COM blogs. No retailing or reselling the work created by anyone other than yourself is allowed.
If you require advertising and/or affilate links on your blog for any selling products that you do not make yourself, you can hire a web host and get a free software install from http://wordpress.org
If that’s what you want to do then please see the information from the support documentation that I link below to learn about the differences between free hosted WordPress.com blogs and WordPress.org software installs for self hosting. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
