I usually update and view my blog on safari. But I went onto Firefox the other day and noticed that there are advertisements coming up at the bottom of posts. How can I stop this from happening?
Also I have a sort of slider at the top of my blog and the last image doesn’t come up on the right. I’ve tried changing the width slightly in CSS and they all sit perfectly fine on the preview but when I apply the changes, once again the last image is missing.
Neither of this is an issue on Safari and I was wandering if anyone could help me figure it out.
The blog I need help with is turn-the-page.net.
From the support document on advertising:
Note: To support the service (and keep free features free), we sometimes run advertisements. We try hard to only run them in limited places. If you would like to completely eliminate ads from appearing on your blog, we offer the No-Ads Upgrade.
From the Terms of Service:
10. Advertisements. Automattic reserves the right to display advertisements on your blog unless you have purchased an Ad-free Upgrade or a VIP Services account.
And by the way, it isn’t only a FF problem. If you were to clear your Safari cache and cookie and the view your site before you logged back in, you would also see the ads.
