Fishlog plugin – howto

  Anyone who got an idea to what kind of plugin i can use to make like a logbook for fish..

  input fields would be like:

  date – Location – country – length – weight – fish_type – weather – picture – etc..

  and then a simple output with sort by ..

  maybe some simple plugin that i can customize ?
